Abstract
In the article, the modern linguistic situation in the Republics of the Altai, Tyva and Khakassia is examined. The monitoring of the modern linguistic situation in the Russian republics and autonomies allows the State to elaborate an effective linguistic policy capable to solve the problem of preservation of the diversity of ethnic cultures and the one of realization of constitutional rights of the peoples of Siberia.
