Abstract
In this article, a comparative analysis of migratory intentions of the Russian youth of Siberia and that of Scotland, those living in countryside or town-dwellers, is represented. In this connection, a special attention is also paid to analysis of the young people´s attitude to place of their dwelling, social surroundings, as well as to their emotional and psychological states. The analysis is based on the results of the public opinion polls and interviews carried out among young people at the age of 14
