Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of structural peculiarities of the Khakass myths. The questions connected with their formation and composition construction are touched upon. Such composition elements as beginnings and endings, as well as imitative and expressive means are revealed.
Moreover, the place of each element in composition of the myths, as well as the extent of their stability and variability are shown. Tracing the evolution of the Khakass myths, the author draws to the conclusion that at the earliest stages of their development they were formed as short stories, the elementary ones in the content and structure. Meanwhile, myths of the later periods of formation are blessed with artistic form and clearly seen composition construction of their plots.
