Abstract
The new derivatives of fluorinated heterocyclic compounds of the benzoxathiine, pyridothiazine and benzothiazole series were synthesised, their antibacterial and antimycotic activity against the bacteria Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 29213, Escherichia coli ATCC 25922, as well as against yeast ( C. albicans 4940, C. albicans 722) and mycelial ( Aspergillus niger, Penicillium funiculosum, Fusarium solani ) fungi was evaluated. Moderate inhibitory activity of the sulphonyl derivative of 2,3-dihydrobenzo[ b ] [1,4]oxathiine and 2-alkynylbenzo[ d ]thiazole against mycelial fungi was revealed.
