Abstract
In the context of the active development of the digital retail sector and the involvement of digital retail facilities in retail services, the indicators used in practice to assess the state of retail trade are losing their socio-economic significance. In the article, the author presents a methodological approach to the assessment of retail services, based on the application of the principles and methods of calculating the integral indicator of retail services, taking into account the relationship between the indicators of traditional and digital retail segments.
