Abstract
The authors investigate the questions of the credibility of educational institutions, trying to determine the specificity of interactions inside these institutions. The problem is raised of using the category of confidence in order to assess the quality of interaction between major participants of interactions in educational environment. The authors focus on the problem of differentiation between trust in educational institutions (level of interpersonal trust is personalized, the level of impersonal trust, institutional trust level) and the problem of operationalization of the concept of trust. The authors present the results of original empirical research and on this basis demonstrate the situation with trust at school as an educational institution, analyze the factors affecting the credibility of school from the parents’ side.
