Abstract
The article reports numerical investigation of radiation near-zone of a downhole unbalance vibration exciter. It is found that vibration intensity is spatially variable and depends on vibration frequency. The authors specify the vibration exciter work mode required to ensure maximum impact on coal-and-rock mass in the vicinity of degassing holes at the limited power of the vibration exciter drive.
