Abstract
The article refers to Shvittau, the scientist who was engaged in analytical and practical work in the branch of statistics. Economic statistics studies kept his interest in «cultural history». The idea of «international corporation», «international rapprochement» is the commonness that can be appealed to and acted for. It has high semantic potential and pragmatic adaptivity - in relation to various times, people. The idea of «world economy» is considered by Shvittau at the level of ideal model, as value and normative consent.
