Abstract
The purpose of the article is to analyze the factors that limit the freedom in the context of social security in modern Russia. This problem in the consideration of any of its aspects is crucial for the development of the society. At present, the values of freedom and social security of the person are interlinked, because they are influenced by various factors: the territorial, social, cultural, and environmental ones. Today, the person cannot determine for him/herself the importance and role of freedom, which leads to limitations in the implementation of his/her rights.
