Abstract
The article deals with a new situation in the education sector, which is conditioned by the peculiarities of modern stage of development of the national education system and is determined by the need to rethink the value-related principles of education in the twenty-first century through the lens of priorities of sustainable development of Ukraine as an independent state. A specific feature of modern social cognition, which defines a new paradigm, is that it is carried out through the analysis of cognitive attitude to social phenomena, which is accompanied by profound rethinking of the communicative nature of social reality, changes in the socio-communicative sphere.
