Abstract
The author substantiates the feasibility and analyzes the essence of a synergistic approach to the competence based management training for future high school teachers. The article highlights the key provisions of synergetic methodology and investigates the basic principles of synergy, you should consider when the competence-oriented management. Thus the realization of the synergetic approach to training future high school teachers was substantiated.
