Abstract
This article analyzes the Russian system of social partnership, its structure and functions. Social partnership is seen as a way of resolving social conflicts on the basis of the case studies and the structural-functional approach functional approach. Social partnership shows interdependence of the social groups, where the main task of social partnership is to take into account the differences between these groups in realizing the coordinated decisions. A society can develop harmoniously only in the conditions of coordination between the interests of the state and various social groups.
