Abstract
The article discusses the concept of globalization and its impact on the Russian society, as well as on the interaction of social institutions, education and law. In the study the author concludes that globalization as an objective process has a significant impact on the Russian society, including the process of interaction between education and law. This influence has both positives sides – the creation of the common informational space, the development of cross-cultural dialogue, and the negative ones – reduction of the fundamental component of the national education, the loss of national identity.
