Abstract
The results of the investigation of regularities and trends, characterizing labour force of small and medium-size business, as well as individual entrepreneurs in the Russian Federation, European Union countries and USA are presented. Methodical approach and algorithm of economic and mathematical models building is introduced. Normal density functions are presented. Average numbers and intervals of changes in labour force, coming to one enterprise (entrepreneur) are considered.
