Abstract
The article considers factors affecting investment attractiveness of enterprise distinguished by various authors. Sectorial features must be considered at the assessment of investment attractiveness of agricultural enterprises. In this regard, the article marks exogenous (of direct and indirect effect) and internal factors influencing investment attractiveness level of agricultural enterprises.
