Abstract
The purpose of the article is to study the foundations of moral upbringing from the viewpoint of standards of naturalness existing in the Russian world model. The standards of naturalness of the Russian world model are connected with a communal (collectivistic) type of social relationships, their improvement and spiritual love. According to the standards of naturalness, there has been formed a centuries-old concept of education which is a unity of training and upbringing. Throughout the entire history of formation, development and existence of the Russian world model, the social relationships have been based on some cultural, historical, economical traditions and social institutions determining the methods of moral upbringing.
