Abstract
This article discusses the process of socialization of the person. In today’s culture, education acts as the leading element in this process. However, today the problem of socialization and enculturation of the person is connected with the fact that education, just as the entire system of information transfer in the postindustrial society, has a mosaic character. This special feature raises new challenges for the processes of cultural reproduction.
