Abstract
The author substantiates the necessity and possibility of turning to the potential of pedagogical axiology in order to improve vocational education of the contemporary person. The clarification of the ontological, epistemological, and hermeneutic aspects of understanding the value-related foundations of vocational education allows determining its axiological invariant.
