Abstract
In the article there are considered the problems of interaction of the national safety of the state and education. It is noted that in modern conditions education becomes a more and more powerful engine of economic growth, increase of efficiency and competitiveness of Russia in the world. The author investigates interrelation of education and safety which promotes the formation of objective understanding concerning the parameters of development of the Russian state and society. The attention is paid to the problems of integration of Russian education in the European educational space.
