Abstract
In article, a communicative aspect of the vocational training of the prospective teacher is analyzed. The communicative competence can be considered as an element of the mechanism of self-organization of the teacher, its adaptation in the constantly changing process of interaction with the developing personality of the pupil. At the same time, the communicative competence can act as a logical connection in the functional model of professional work of the teacher and as a tool of formation of the communicative thinking strategy.
