Abstract
The article describes the self-actualization phenomenon (psychological and philosophical view), professional self-realization problem, and also the features and psychological conditions of actualization of the person's potential in his/her work. There are also analyzed the results of investigation of the salesmen's self-actualization. A particular emphasis is given to the importance of studying the professional self-realization. According to the authors, it has profound theoretical and practical importance.
