The aim of this article is to base the necessity of the account of training and education unity principle in sphere of educational activity in a modern Russian society is proved. It is shown that on the basis of metaphysical philosophical theorizing the sophistic concept of education, so-called «educational technology», had got the wide circulation in countries of Western Europe. In Russia the plato-aristotel concept of education has developed on the basis of dialectic methodology of philosophical theorizing. This concept is formed according to training and education unity. The detailed analysis of the domestic educational doctrine allows to define relationships of cause and effect and to specify major factors of person and society development. As a result educational institutes can lean against all-round understanding of laws of domestic educational process.
