Abstract
In the article, the artistic-pedagogical education is considered as an integrative, open and developing system. The key external and internal factors are studied, which influence the formation and development of such professionals as artists and artist-educators. The external factors are determined through the impact of the state, job market, society and the groups inside the society. The internal factors are determined through the regularities of the development of professional activity, professional situation of its subjects etc.
