COGNITIVE CONTRADICTIONS IN THE FORMATION OF THE IMMUNITY TO CONFLICT

																					 Abstract 
								The article considers one of the most important tasks of education in the society, which is to foster the culture of immunity to conflict, as well as to form the personality, able to establish harmonious interaction with various social actors. As a possible realization of this problem, there is considered the situation of a cognitive conflict, which has a great potential in the development of independent critical thinking of the person and his/her moral orientation. It is suggested that awareness of the grounds of conflict is a factor allowing viewing any conflict as a cognitive one. Thus, resolving the cognitive conflict can act as a unified methodology for the conflict resolution in general.
