Abstract
In the paper there is studied the problem of reforming the modern education system from the point of view of formation of a noospheral civilization. There are considered the purposes, principles and the contents of the noospheral education. The content of the concepts of noospheral education and noospheral culture are described. Various kinds of noospheral culture are analyzed.
