Abstract
The article substantiates the topicality of studying the modern development of language as an element of social system in the educational process. Since information is becoming the basic value, the ability to work with information in the native and foreign languages provides a way to success. Consequently, the problems of language, especially the picture of the world in the native and foreign language cultures, acquire a special importance in the condition of open market economy and gradual change in understanding of the moral values.
