Abstract
The article gives a brief analysis of the key problems of the modern educational system. There is considered a classical paradigm of the learning process as a rigidly structured unidirectional process of transferring information from the teacher to the students. There is substantiated a necessity of a new paradigm of education as a two-way information exchange in the teacher-student system, based on free creativity, equality and mutual learning in the process of collaborative educational, play, research and practice activities.
