The goal of the article is search and optimization of the innovative means, forms and methods of an individual style of school activities for the future teacher. The main theme of the article is the state of this problem in the theory and practice of the system of professional training of specialists and also studying the technological preconditions of its cultivation. There is substantiated the usage of the physical culture as a means of forming an individual style of school activity for the future teacher. The results of experimental research are presented by the author. They are incorporated into the teaching process, proving their effectiveness.
