Abstract
The goal of the article is to consider the influence of various values of organizational culture on the character of innovative processes in the educational institutions. The author indicates that values determine the mindset of the workers with respect to acceptance of innovations and the desire to introduce something new into the educational process. In the article there is analyzed in detail the influence of the parameters of the value-related core of the organizational culture of educational institution: the relations between individualism and collectivism, power distance, acceptance or rejection of uncertainty, relation between masculinity and femininity, long-term or short-term orientation toward the innovative processes.
