Abstract
This article presents the phase model of the educational information interchange between the teacher and the student during the distant learning over the network. The article reveals distinctive features of the educational information movement, and also the basic information barriers on each of the phases of informational interchange. The article offers a cybernetic model of the information interchange management in the network educational technology.
