Abstract
The article examines the educational conditions of the secondary specialized professional training. A particular attention is given to the dialogue form of organization of the teaching process. Modernization of education leads to updating of the content and structure of vocational training. Its purpose is the preparation of the highly skilled expert of the corresponding level and structure, competitive on labor market, freely mastering the trade and the adjacent spheres of activity, capable of effective work in his/her speciality at the level of the world standards.
