Abstract
Reproduction and development of the society are possible due to a special way of transfer of the accumulated industrial-labor skills and experience of social life (from the older generation to the younger one). Training - a phenomenon of human
society - as well as education, is necessary for functioning of any state, and it is an eternal category of human society. The established system of social education, on the one hand, is the concentrated reflection of the certain condition of productive forces, social relations, and policy, and on the other - it is capable to influence them itself.
