Abstract
It is noted that alongside legitimate interests which have substantive character there can be specific legitimate interests. These interests are of a procedural character which is more clearly manifested in the course of civil proceedings. By analyzing civil procedural rules and subject composition of civil procedural legal relationships the author studies and classifies procedural legitimate interests and offers their definitions.
