Abstract
The process to obtain lithium metatantalate, lithium and sodium metaniobates and their solid solutions, lithium-conducting phosphate solid electrolytes, epitaxial films of lithium metatantalate and metaniobate, and Li1.3Al0.3Ti1.7(PO4)3 solid electrolyte on various substrates with the use of their precursor peroxide solutions has been studied.
