For Russian society over the past twenty years the problem of lobbying, as a form of manipulative practices were exacerbated by the transformation of the political regime. The socio-political crisis, the struggle for spheres of political and economic influence, the collapse of the Communist ideology, the devaluation of social values - all together this led to habitualization lobbying. The change of elites at all levels: Federal, regional, municipal, local led to the need to look for a new advocacy strategy appropriate to the new conditions. The analysis of documents, lists of elected deputies, published on the official websites of the eight considered legislative bodies of subjects of the Siberian Federal district to identify priority areas for lobbying activities of a particular region, you can highlight a specific feature.
