Abstract
The article considers the features and trends of forming of plant and equipment at machine builders in conditions of their innovation development, in terms of their dependence on the foreign equipment supply. In particular, the possible threats in home machinery against the foreign equipment supply, as well as solutions of these issues, are considered.
