Abstract

In the article the questions of creation of effective system of bonuses and material incentives at the enterprises of the shipbuilding industry of St.Petersburg. The deficiencies of the current system of bonuses in the industry: the lack of evaluation of employee performance and motivation for the achieved results, the prevalence of methods of bonuses on the basis of «mutual agreements, the low level of interest of employees in the results of work. To address these and happy other problems shipbuilding industry, proposed to develop and implement a system of rewards employees based on performance indicators of incentives.
