There is analyzed in the article the role of game in the curriculum of the military personnel. The necessity for further integration of the game into the military education is shown. A philosophical analysis of using games in the training of the military personnel is carried out. The games that are used in military training and education are analyzed. The article considers the functions of game in the learning process. The recommendations regarding the implementation of the positive experience of the leading countries of the world on the use of game-based forms and methods of the military personnel training are offered.
