Abstract
The article is devoted to the issue of increasing the effectiveness of the «Science – Education» system. In the modern process of teaching foreign languages, in the epoch of the educational paradigm changing, there is quite necessary a more rational usage of the achievements of science for the development of innovative methods of optimal, adequate formation of the communicative competence of the future expert.
