Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the special features of construction of an optional course of economic education of junior schoolchildren. The structure of the optional course is considered in detail: the aims, tasks, criteria; the examples are given of the tasks that contribute to the economic education of junior schoolchildren in the context of moral education.
