Abstract
In the article the author discuss the nature of the educational reform management in Russia, in particular, about its orientation towards business. It is shown that the contradictory nature of the process of reforming is connected with the uncertainty of the social structure of the society and with the fact that business is not really interested in the development of the domestic system of education.
