Abstract
Opportunities and changes are key indicators of the development in the XXI century. Education forms readiness of the human capital to develop and implement innovations; education is not only about the knowledge transfer, it teaches to create and implement technologies. The format of education is changing. New challenges in the labor market, the information revolution (rapid aging of information, IT development) requires a new education. Today, education determines the range of success for the individual, country, or region: through adaptation to the labor market, democratic values, system of social institutions and social communication in the society of knowledge and innovation.
