Abstract
In the article there is described the experience of training the heads of enterprises connected with the development of managerial competences, including the emotional intelligence which determines the aptitude to perform the management work. Some approaches to the concept of emotional intelligence are given. One of the effective methods of development of administrative competences, including emotional intelligence, is group training.
Theanalysis and the research results are presented on the basis of trainings with the participation of managers in the TsDO Personnel (Tomsk).
