Abstract
The authors try to analyze the forms of modern information processes, pay attention to the realization of possibilities of foreign language teaching with the help of e-learning platforms. In addition, they focus their attention on the educational and informational environment, formed by these technologies, and discuss such notions as person-oriented approach, information rights and duties of the pupil and the corresponding responsibility of the teacher.
