Abstract
In the modern society, the problem of professional-personal development of the teacher and its readiness for innovative activity is especially acute and topical. The purpose of the article is to search for innovative forms and methods of teaching.
There are presented the authors educational programs developed in an innovative mode of school. The teachers-authors adhere to the principles of the personality-focused and humanistic approaches in the technique of teaching. There are considered the questions of improvement of the quality of pedagogical process in education. In the article, a comparative analysis is given of the traditional system of teaching and the innovative technologies in the schoolchildren training.
