Abstract
In the article, there is shown the interrelation between the pedagogical creativity and research activities of the teacher on the basis of similarity between the existing ideas about the stages of scientific creativity and the phases of pedagogical creativity. There is also presented the research position of the teacher in working out new solutions as a result of analyzing and generalizing of his/her own and the state-of-the-art experience.
