Abstract
In the article, the problem of training of the young teacher for the administrative activity in the school is touched upon, the special features of administrative culture as a sign of professionalism are described. There is presented a pedagogical technology of formation of the administrative culture of the young teacher as a condition of integrity of this process and raising his/her professional level.
