Abstract
In the article there are considered educational interaction and the personality of the contemporary pedagogue from the positions of philosophical approach. A thesis is substantiated that in the conditions of reforms of the contemporary Russian education the educational interaction and personality of the pedagogue are undergoing significant deformations. By the opinion of the authors, they are connected with the actions of global tendencies, which change the nature of the teacher as an active subject of educational process. These changes are not always positive, which is a result of not only the conflict of the teacher and the reforming educational environment but are determined also by new educational needs of the society in general in the process of its transformation. As a result of the analysis, a conclusion is made that subjectivity of the teacher should acquire new characteristics, some of which are presented in the article.
