Abstract

The system of education plays a keys role in forming the viable planetary cultural evolution. In the conditions of globalizing world, there are possible two different ways of integration of education systems: on the poly-cultural and the mono-cultural basis. In reality, the Bologna agreement initiates the globalization processes in education according to the mono-cultural (Western) version. However, together with this, in realization of these programs in different countries there must be formed the socio-culture models of education that take into consideration the specificities of culture, moral foundations, mentality of every country and nation. The problem consists in the necessity of preserving the unique content of educational models of every state but together with ensuring universality of the forms of educational system and relations.
