Abstract
The author analyzes the content and meanings of processes of formation personal oriented paradigms in the vocation education. In the article basic aspects of the reflexive humanistic approach when teaching psychological disciplines are considered; interrelations and distinctions of traditional and reflexive management of educational processes are shown; mechanisms of reflexive abilities development taking into account the changes updated by the standards of new generation are investigated in the article. Thus, the role of reflexion and humanistic values in the personality formation and enhancement of the future professionals is substantiated.
